The Correct Mindset to Transition Your Life into a Healthy Lifestyle

I want you to start thinking about something wonderful that you want to happen. Could be as simple as an ice cream cone. Imagine how it tastes, the coldness, the texture of the cone, how it feels on your tongue, how it feels in your throat. Focus on the pleasure, the flavor, the enjoyment What did you think about? Was it enjoyable?
I want you to realize: YOU ARE A CREATOR; YOU CREATE YOUR LIFE and YOUR FUTURE WITH YOUR EVERY THOUGHT. ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE IS YOURS TO BE OR DO OR HAVE.
You can raise your emotions and feel and think more positively with fun and imagination, so image how wonderful life can be. Find some things that are fun and do them. Remember when you were a kid and you got absorbed into an activity and just had fun? Enjoy your life and have fun!! It is possible.
 I also want you to get paper and every day write down ten things that you are grateful for.
Choose several affirmations to say daily about the future you desire such as:
 • my health is getting better every day.
 • I am prosperous.
 • I am happy.
 • I have high worth.
 • I am creating a wonderful future.
  • I have everything I need to create the future I want.
Does it make sense to you that your thoughts actually do create your future?
Say these and other affirmations as many times a day as you can and you will see changes. I find it is easier if I put these in the bathroom, in the car and in my bedroom so I see them and can repeat them frequently. Keep it up and you will experience a transformation.
